I just wanted to send a quick note thanking you for the excellent service you performed on my Polar RS-200 (Invoice#70214.) I was glad to find it restored to like new condition with a fresh crystal and new strap. I won't hesitate to send it in for service when needed again in the miles ahead. I also appreciate the on-time turnaround--we runners can be a neurotic bunch, and I feel naked without my Polar HRM! Thanks again.

I'm e-mailing you to say thank you for replacing the battery in my Polar 725S. When I got my heart rate monitor back it was set to the atomic time, and it looked like you had also cleaned it. The altimeter is calibrated correctly too.
It looked like you had taken great care to package and ship it back to me. I wanted to let you know that I appreciate those details. Thank you again.

Yesterday I showed up With my Polar s725 and heart rate strap which were not working. As usual you repaired the problem at a reasonable price in less than an hour. This is why I always recommend to my fellow cycling club members in the Beach Cities Cycling Club of Redondo Beach to contact you when they have a problem with their Polars for a quick resolution to their problems. I came in today with my Polar watch transmitter that I purchased from Time-Tec in March.
I found that it was defective shortly after I bought it but I hadn't had the opportunity to come back to your store till today. I was prepared to hear that it was out of warrantee and assumed that you would ask me to pay for a new one. I was delighted to find that the opposite happened. The woman I spoke with reviewed the product and found that it was indeed defective. She cheerfully replaced it with a new one and made no request that I pay for it. I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate doing business with Time-Tec. You handled my problem quickly and with a high degree of professionalism.
