As usual you repaired the problem at a reasonable price in less than an hour. Hi- I came in today with my Polar watch transmitter that I purchased from Time-Tec in March. I found that it was defective shortly after I bought it but I hadn't had the opportunity to come back to your store till today. I was prepared to hear that it was out of warrantee and assumed that you would ask me to pay for a new one. I was delighted to find that the opposite happened. The woman I spoke with reviewed the product and found that it was indeed defective. She cheerfully replaced it with a new one and made no request that I pay for it. I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate doing business with Time-Tec. You handled my problem quickly and with a high degree of professionalism.
