Our watchmakers were trained in Switzerland and have over
30 years of experience with all types of Swiss Watches.
You can either bring or send your watch in to us for any type
of repair.

We are members of the American Watchmakers Institute
and the National Association Of watch and Clock Collectors.

For Polar repairs, you can bring or send your watch in via insured mail. Turn around time for battery replacements will take approximately 7-10 days.

Warranty repairs are as follows: 90 days for Polar and 1year for all other watches
